Logic will exchange products that are found not to meet our high quality standards that are purchased via our website, www.logicvapes.us, as follows:
• Damage caused by accidents or natural disaster;
• Damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted or intended use as described in the Logic User Guide;
• Cosmetic damage occurring through normal wear and tear, including battery performance degradation beyond indicated timeframe of use.
All issues with devices, cartridges and capsules purchased through a retailer must be addressed with the retailer based on the retailer’s policy.
To initiate an exchange under our warranty policy, you must receive a return authorization (RMA) from our customer service team for each product you wish to exchange. Logic reserves the right to change the terms of the Warranty Policy without any prior notice and at its sole discretion.
